  If someone doesn't behave like a great gentleman, but like a human being, everything can be arranged. Compared to Medicor, from which our family moved, Jelmed is excellent. First of all, unlike that "clinic," you can make an appointment in advance for the next day, instead of waiting around like crazy until 8 a.m. just to maybe snag one of the two or three available appointments for the same day. The doctors are understanding and helpful. I had no problems with the receptionists; everything was excellent. Best regards.

  The pediatrician is great. Always helpful. A true doctor. He doesn't force antibiotics on every patient. The internists could be better, but if I had to choose, I'd rather go to Dr. Śliwiński. I don't have any major problems getting through to him. I can usually see a pediatrician or internist the same day or the next. Once, during a period of severe illness, we had to wait two days. There are no specialists, which is a shame... they've renovated the clinic, so maybe something will change.

  That one star is for the receptionist who yells into the phone because you didn't call to make an appointment with the doctor this morning. She didn't even consider that I might have returned from the night shift with a fever of 40 degrees Celsius and been vomiting nonstop for three hours. She thinks I should be conscious in my condition and call the receptionist to make an appointment with the doctor, which will be in a week because they don't have any available slots. I don't know why I'm paying into the National Health Fund. To listen to a mentally unstable employee.

  Getting through to the registration desk during the pandemic is bordering on impossible. A teleconsultation where you have to call back through the registration desk despite the "scheduled" time is a complete farce. In every other clinic, the solution is for the doctor to call at the scheduled teleconsultation time. Here, you'll lose your health and nerves faster than getting through.

  A clinic is just a clinic; everything depends on the "lady at the counter." As for doctors, there are only family doctors and a pediatrician—no specialists. The nurse—respect, perfection in drawing blood, even from children.
