The doctor at National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments is rude and unhelpful, and that's probably the whole point of an appointment. Ordering specialized tests is a hassle for her, as if she had to pay for them herself. Maybe she's only nice during private appointments. I've had the "pleasure" of visiting the National Health Fund twice, and I advise all young women against it! I have a huge problem, and the doctor wasn't even willing to listen to me, ask about my symptoms, how I feel, etc. She's a terribly arrogant woman who says through her teeth that she won't refer you for any tests. It's a shame that the National Health Fund contracts with such a doctor. I don't recommend the appointment, let alone the treatment.
