  On November 6, 2025, I scheduled a private appointment with Dr. Jurczak in Krosno at 29b Bursaki Street. The appointment was January 5, 2026, at 5:25 PM. I called the number available on the website. In December, I received a call from the doctor's office saying an earlier appointment was possible, but since I didn't have the MRI results yet, I arranged with the receptionist to schedule an appointment for January 5. On January 5, I arrived for my appointment and was informed at the receptionist that the doctor was not in and that I wasn't registered for that day. The receptionist (very unpleasant) was unable to verify my registration date. She did nothing to clarify the situation. She referred me to the office on Kopalniana Street. She didn't respond to my assurances that I had registered for the office on Bursaki Street. So, I went to Kopalniana Street anyway, where, of course, the doctor's office was closed, and the appointment wasn't possible that day. On January 7, 2026, I called Dr. Jurczak's reception desk again to explain the situation. I was again told that I had not been registered for January 5, 2026. When I asked which day I was, or am, registered for, the lady couldn't answer. After three months of waiting for an appointment, I was not allowed to enter the doctor's office, where I emphasized that the visit was supposed to be private. Furthermore, when I told the receptionist that I hadn't made up that date and had clearly noted January 5, 2026, at Bursaki Street, she was told that she wasn't responsible for my private notes. People! Whoever works at that reception desk is making fun of patients. I hope these ladies are treated the same way.

  I regretfully have to leave a very negative review. The doctor's behavior was beyond reproach. She was very rude, even insolent. Unfortunately, I learned this during my visit to Iwonicz-Zdrój. Ms. Krystyna teased me and my family about financial matters and ridiculed them. I highly do not recommend her.

  The women answering the phone were very unprofessional. They spoke to me in a rude manner. They treated the patient condescendingly and refused to help in any way, even though I wanted to schedule a private appointment.

  A very good doctor. He orders tests, examines thoroughly, and makes a good diagnosis. He can be a bit distant in his communication, but the most important thing is that he treats you well.
