I highly recommend this facility due to its disastrous organization and lack of professionalism. After submitting a request for medical records in December, no one informed us for three months about their preparation (despite assurances that they would be sent to a new clinic). The height of incompetence occurred over the past two days: during a phone call, the employee assured me that my husband could collect the entire family's documents without additional authorization. Today, upon arrival, this proved untrue – my husband was refused my documents. Furthermore, the employee admitted that she realized the error immediately after our phone call but didn't bother to call me back and warn us. The result? Wasted time and unnecessary stress. Furthermore, the constant chaos and staff turnover, which directly impacts the patient, plus the departure of virtually all of the previous medical staff, led to our transfer to another, this time, patient-friendly facility.

I definitely recommend this clinic. In my opinion, it's an excellent place to be as a family doctor under the National Health Fund. They have a great, modern mobile app that allows you to conveniently book an appointment online. The doctors there are also very good. They are kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The new receptionists have gone to the dogs. It's a shame. The doctors who were there during the media era are very nice, and that's it. There's never been any availability lately. It's not just during the autumn period, which we're currently experiencing, but it's generally impossible to get an appointment. Everyone leaves the clinic, and when the old doctors leave, I don't think anyone will come here. There's a sense of rudeness and condescension to get in to see a doctor. A child can't get in, let alone an adult. It's Monday at 8 a.m., and you can only get an appointment on Friday, which is a scandal. Because of clinics like this, the emergency room is overflowing with cases where a regular doctor should be able to help. I don't recommend it, but rather avoid it.

I recommend the clinic, I visited Dr. Zygowska, she explained everything thoroughly and nicely.
