  I definitely don't recommend it. This visit was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I made an appointment with a gynecologist over the phone for an ultrasound and cytology, and no one informed me that I had to pay extra to receive a report, ultrasound images, or any documentation. Patients should be clearly informed about such things, not find out after the fact. I paid exactly 730 PLN, and then I was told that if I wanted the documentation, I had to pay another 50 PLN. When I first called to request the documentation, I was informed that the documentation was only for the doctor, not the patient. Honestly, it's hard to understand – these are my medical records, concerning my health, not "for the doctor." I've never encountered anything like this before. I was also told that the ultrasound images could not be retrieved. The test had been performed, so where are the images? The patient pays a considerable amount of money and is essentially left with nothing. The ultrasound report I ultimately received is a joke. No measurements, no specifics, no details. A few general statements that have no real diagnostic value. Such a document is completely useless and doesn't provide any insight into my health situation. I left the office without clear written instructions. I was prescribed medication, but everything was communicated verbally. This is simply ridiculous in the case of treatment. The doctor's behavior alone made me very uncomfortable. During the visit, I was repeatedly lectured about how "bad" aesthetic medicine is, even though it wasn't even the topic of the appointment. After the visit, I received private text messages with links on this topic, which I consider very unprofessional. In short – high costs, lack of transparency, documentation problems, and a huge disappointment. I feel like I wasted my money and time.

  Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my visit and the approach taken by this clinic. I had a contraceptive implant inserted here almost three years ago. The doctor informed me it would last four years and even wrote down the planned removal date. Only recently, by pure coincidence, did I learn that the implant only works for three years and then loses its effectiveness. After contacting the clinic, I was told that the doctor had made a mistake and the implant would have to be removed in February 2026. The procedure currently costs 700 PLN, as prices have risen significantly since the implant was inserted. If I had known from the beginning that the implant only lasted three years, I would never have decided to undergo it at such a high cost. The lack of reliable information, the doctor's error, and the shifting of the financial consequences onto the patient are serious negligence. I do not recommend this clinic – I mistakenly lost trust and was exposed to unnecessary costs.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Marta Chołuj! The tests were conducted in a very comfortable and painless atmosphere. Everything was thoroughly explained, from my questions to the specific steps of the test, so I knew what was happening and avoided any discomfort or stress. The entire visit was quick and efficient, and the doctor herself was very friendly and warm. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone, especially for a first visit :)

  I highly recommend Ka-Medica, and Dr. Marta Chołuj in particular. She's completely professional, has extensive knowledge, and has a very empathetic and friendly approach. The visit took place in a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.
