I'm wondering where this clinic's reputation comes from. Based on that, I used the dermatology clinic and, to put it mildly, I was completely disappointed. The doctor's appointment time is completely implied – the receptionist says one thing: you arrive, but it turns out you were supposed to be there an hour earlier, and even then, people are pushing past each other, and there's no queue. While waiting in the waiting room, we can also overhear the receptionists arguing, quoting, "You can't tell me what to do." And most importantly, the dermatologist herself won't help you because you have a congenital cosmetic defect. But if you buy an expensive ointment, of which she'll gladly offer you samples, then the problem will disappear. Communist, nothing more.

The new medical clinic deserves the highest praise. From the very first visit, a professional approach to patients and excellent work organization are evident. Family doctor Jowita Szaran is an exceptionally kind, empathetic, and highly competent person. She devotes the appropriate amount of time to each patient, explains everything thoroughly, and inspires complete trust. It's clear she truly cares about her work. The receptionists also deserve special mention – they are polite, helpful, and efficient in their patient care. They are always happy to help and maintain a pleasant atmosphere, which is unfortunately rare these days. I highly recommend it. The service is great. Monika at the front desk smiled and guided me and explained where to go. The visit was quick and hassle-free. During my visit, Dr. Oberman clearly explained the treatment plan and dispelled any doubts. I highly recommend it :)
