  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. This clinic exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be difficult for me since I’m a foreigner and only speak English, but their staff especially the receptionist were very accommodating and could also communicate in English. Dr. Magdalena was exceptional. She clearly explained to me in english the cause of my hair problem and the possible side effects of the medication I’m going to take. She answered all of my concerns and questions thoroughly, which made me feel much more at ease. This clinic worth everything my penny. Hands down to the service and comfort that this clinic provides to their client.

  For hair thinning an online consultation is a bit of a joke. For 69 Eur (295 PLN) all you get is one e-mail suggesting to try over the counter medication and some basic advice on how to use it and its possible effect (same as medication leaflet). Was expecting something a bit more thorough, possibility to ask questions, discuss options, etc. Here’s Kierach Clinic’s response to earlier complaint in one of reviews of online consultation: “(…)The price of the appointment includes everything you'd get from any doctor: an interview, a diagnosis or additional diagnostic workup, a medical consultation, a treatment plan, and a prescription (if necessary) (…)”. And responding to clinic's response below: The explanation of how the online consultation works comes below the button "Get your online consultation", so one needs to scroll down, you know how this works... There's common sense to what doctor consultations are, including online ones in the age of video calls. And the wording on the page is very vague and inaccurate, e.g. "doctor consultation" - no consulting, only e-mail with suggested treatment OR "You will receive a pharmacological treatment, along with a list of medical check-ups to do" - did not receive treatment, received e-mail advice, no list. CHECK YOUR WORDING, STEP UP YOUR GAME AND GOOD LUCK!

  I came to the clinic with a problem of balding on my chin and head. From the very first contact, everything was top-notch: efficient registration, good organization, a pleasant atmosphere, and a feeling of being truly cared for. The clinic definitely maintains high standards. My greatest thanks, however, go to Dr. Magdalena Jasińska. She is a very calm, empathetic, and professional doctor. She explains everything thoroughly and devotes as much time as needed, and I never felt rushed. She carefully selects treatments, always asking how I'm responding to medications and how they make me feel. It's clear she truly cares about the results of the treatment and the patient's comfort. After several months of treatment, there's a noticeable improvement, the condition is calming down, and everything is going well. I've seen many doctors for various health issues, but Dr. Magdalena Jasińska is an exceptional specialist and a wonderful person. Honestly, I go to this clinic primarily because of her, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her.

  I'm so impressed with Dr. Artur Kierach's patience and precision. My procedure lasted over seven hours, and he only took one short break after harvesting all the hair so I could eat. The work must be very demanding and requires a lot of patience. Respect, and I look forward to seeing the results! Best regards.
