My opinion of the gynecologist's appointment is negative, and I've been to a lot of them. I was tempted by the quick appointment because I wanted to ask a quick question. I have no doubt this doctor is an experienced specialist, since the clinic has the same surname and has been treating patients for a long time. For me, the PATIENT got lost somewhere along the way. The appointment was rushed, in a somewhat imposing manner, without dialogue, without being listened to. To me, it felt like I was a money-making machine. Initially, I received business cards for other specialists at the clinic (though I didn't ask about them). I explicitly asked twice not to have samples taken for testing, because I was supposed to have them covered by the National Health Fund three days later, and I don't have the money to do it privately. Despite this, the doctor took samples, and I didn't have the energy to effectively rebel against them and then argue at the cash register. The doctor diagnosed two things in my case that two other doctors I asked for a checkup or consultation after that visit didn't. One of these "conditions" was supposed to be treated with procedures costing several thousand at this clinic. Of course, there's no "obligation" to perform the procedures here ;) Generally, my impression is that this is an option for those who think that the more they pay for various tests and procedures, the better "care." I understand that this appeals to many, but not to me. The loud music in the waiting room is an additional drawback, but it wouldn't matter if the rest of the experience was fine.

I would like to share my very positive opinion of Dr. Jacek Magucki and the clinic team. The visit took place in a professional and friendly atmosphere, and the entire staff demonstrated great personal manners, empathy, and care for the patient. The clinic's organization also deserves special recognition – efficient registration, a friendly atmosphere, and a high standard of patient care. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jacek Magucki and the clinic to anyone seeking high-quality, specialized medical care.

The clinic is top-notch in every respect, from the receptionist and the very helpful lady there, to the doctors. I've had the opportunity to be treated by three specialists. They're always helpful, always kind, and always able to offer good advice despite my health challenges. I must also mention that although visits can sometimes seem stressful, the music here definitely soothes my nerves. I recommend it 100%.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. I had an appointment with the doctor over a year ago. The visit lasted all of 10 minutes. All I was told was that my ovaries were "slightly polycystic" and that I should immediately schedule an appointment with a clinic in Ruda Śląska for IVF. The doctor didn't recommend any tests or extensive diagnostics. A private visit cost (from what I remember) 300-350 PLN, lasted 10 minutes, and didn't include a visit log. However, it's not good advertising for the clinic. The doctor seemed in a hurry and wanted to get me out of the office as quickly as possible.
