  Disgusting service. Rude receptionist. Scheduled visits never on time. Surgery procedures not explained beforehand. Avoid.

  I made a private ophthalmology appointment, costing 250 PLN, over two months in advance. Upon arrival, it turned out the clinic was mixing private patients with National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments and privately insured patients, without prior notice. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I discovered there were about 8-10 people ahead of me! When I approached the registration desk to ask what was going on, the woman informed me that a patient with an appointment 30 minutes ahead of me had been confirmed. Unfortunately, the line moved so slowly that I had to cancel my appointment and return to other duties. The woman immediately canceled my appointment, didn't apologize for the confusion, and didn't offer a new appointment. People now make private appointments, even with National Health Fund (NFZ) insurance, to arrive at a specific time, on a specific day, complete their appointments, pay, and leave. I do not recommend this clinic. "NOVA" is a name only. I will steer clear of it.

  I recommend caution when using the services of the local urology clinic. For several years, my father was under the care of a doctor who, despite his clear symptoms and the patient's age suggesting a risk group, failed to conduct a thorough cancer diagnosis. Only a change of doctor and a cystoscopy led to the detection and removal of the cancerous lesion. Unfortunately, that's where the vigilance ended. The attending physician: He neglected to order key extended tests (including a CT scan), which are standard for this type of condition. He relied on a superficial checkup after six months, which supposedly "came out well." In reality, the cancer was developing elsewhere. Due to years of ignoring symptoms and a lack of a comprehensive approach, my father was deprived of the chance for effective oncological treatment and chemotherapy. The lack of professionalism and empathy robbed him of a real chance at life. In our case, the consequences are irreversible.

  Hello. Three visits to a urologist in four years. Each visit changes doctors. Each doctor performs a different partial examination. They probably study on a different planet. The last one cost 300 PLN for an ultrasound and he muttered, "Small prostate." Bravo.
