  Booked a private scan for my child but was refused to be seen because he had no Pesel.... Customer service poor! Was not informed ( prior to the visit) of the requirement of having pesel /passport as the condition of receiving services.

  We had our baby's hip ultrasound there. Very good customer service and English wasn't a problem :) We recommend them.

  I do not recommend this facility primarily due to the staff's level of service. The reception and appointment scheduling appear chaotic, and patients are not always provided with clear and reliable information. In more difficult situations, there is a lack of empathy, adequate communication, and simple respect for the patient's time and concerns. Instead of a sense of care, frustration and a perceived disregard emerge. The staff should significantly improve their service culture, communication, and professionalism in their interactions with patients.

  I ended up seeing a pediatric nephrologist here by accident. It's a great clinic, and Dr. Irena Wikiera Magott is a true doctor by vocation. She has a wonderful approach, conversation, and a very thorough examination. I'm incredibly impressed with her reliability and approach to her young patients! The visit was worth every penny.

  The visit was quick and efficient, yet pleasant and professional. Dr. Marszalska listened carefully to me and suggested effective treatment. I am very pleased with the visit and can certainly recommend it.
