  I had booked an appointment online. But before my visit, I wanted to confirm about the appointment via phone call. Also wanted to make sure that the doctor does speak English. But unfortunately, the lady at the reception picked my call multiple times, and when she heard me speaking English, she hung the call without saying anything. That's pure disrespect. I called at another number listed on their site and the lady did the same. Highly disappointed.

  I read the reviews about this place today and I don't know whether to laugh or cry? And they're written by WOMEN who come to women. I've been using this facility for 20 years! (I'm 36) I used to go to Pleszewska Street when it was there. And I have to disagree with the reviews. The ladies are always very polite. The phone was always answered, if not the first time, then the second. The ladies at the reception also perform other functions besides answering phones, for example, they draw blood, take blood pressure, and help the doctors, so they're not always on call, sometimes they even have to go to the bathroom. Is it so hard to understand? The doctors are also very nice; it's a gynecological clinic, and there's no requirement to issue a referral for a breast ultrasound. :) I have a good feeling – Agnieszka at the reception desk is a very nice lady; every visit is pleasant and stress-free for me. Oh, and I'll also add that it's very clean, which is also important in places like this.

  The woman at the reception desk scheduled a teleconsultation for my daughter, but the doctor didn't call. I tried calling for half a day, but no response. My appointment was for January 7th, and I've been trying since morning to confirm if they were available, because it's far from my place. The phone also went unanswered. My daughter wasn't cared for, and I didn't free up a spot for another woman due to a lack of communication. It's a nicely decorated clinic, but the receptionists are completely unprofessional. I could never finish my sentence. My daughter was transferred. Me too. I don't recommend it.

  I visited the hospital three times over the course of a year. There was a nice woman at the front desk. The doctors were also very kind and professional, respectful of the patient. They didn't answer the phone to make an appointment, so I easily logged onto the website and booked an appointment in two minutes.

  Scandalous... I complained of breast pain... a referral for a breast ultrasound wasn't issued. Dr. Kruszewska said it wasn't for breasts, but for the uterus... and that she doesn't issue referrals upon request... She told me to see an oncologist or a surgeon... she didn't even ask me when my last period was, or if I had one at all. A 38-year-old woman. Of course, the complaint will go to the medical board. And this happened in October, the month of breast screening, which is so wonderful!
