Only for clients with a lot of free time and a surplus of understanding and patience. One visit to a cardiologist – the doctor was an hour late; the second visit with the same doctor – about an hour late, "the doctor hadn't even arrived yet." I didn't make it. At the urologist's, I didn't make it either. Long after the appointment, the waiting room was full, "four people ahead of you." I don't recommend it. I give the receptionist one star for at least giving the impression that she cared in this situation.

I chose the Krakowskamed clinic based on the positive reviews. Indeed, the place is modern, and scheduling appointments is quick and convenient—a definite plus. Unfortunately, the visit with the allergist with my 7-month-old daughter was a huge disappointment. The doctor didn't even examine the child; the entire visit was limited to a comprehensive interview—I might as well have gone to the appointment myself. The information I received was very general—the kind you can easily find online. I got the impression that the doctor might have experience working with adults, but not necessarily with toddlers. The offer of expensive allergy testing for an infant before she turned one also didn't inspire confidence. Honestly, it was a waste of time and money for me. The clinic itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend this particular doctor.

I'm very satisfied. The doctors are friendly and competent, the receptionists are polite, and the appointments were on time, as part of my insurance plan. It's easy to schedule an appointment, both online and by phone. The doctors offer a wide range of specialties. I highly recommend her. Dr. Justyna has a great approach to children and accurate diagnoses, and she can also perform lung ultrasound.

The appointment was scheduled for 1:45 PM, and we were informed "slight delay." After filling out the paperwork, we asked "what does a slight delay mean?" "There are five people ahead of you, each appointment takes 15 minutes, and there's a sixth person in the office." We were informed that I'm leaving for work at 3 PM, and that's not a slight delay, I might have to cancel. The receptionist replied, "Okay." We waited six weeks for the appointment, no solution was offered, and the receptionist did nothing to accommodate my husband, which was important to us, especially since we don't live locally. This is hardly professional.
