  A professional hospital with a surgical ward. Clean, good food for a hospital, although after gallbladder removal, there was no gruel and rusks diet, only bread with additives. The surgery (hernia) was without complications. Painkillers were constantly administered, mainly IV drips. The doctors, nurses, and orderlies go above and beyond, are helpful, and always available. The bed is modern and adjustable, but it's worth bringing your own pillow as the hospital bed is small. The bathroom is sufficient for four people.

  I spent a week in the hospital, from pregnancy pathology to labor and delivery to the neonatal ward. The hospital staff is very kind and helpful, everything has been renovated, and the meals are delicious. Most importantly, if a doctor decided something, it was followed through; no one came in to question the previous doctor's decision (a bad experience at another hospital 🫠). In the labor and delivery ward, unfortunately, I couldn't use anesthesia during labor, but the woman (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) who attended my delivery helped me with other pain relief methods and suggested position changes. I was also able to take a long shower. My husband was able to be present during the delivery without any problems. There were balls and a bean bag available in the room. I decided to breastfeed, and no one gave me any trouble about it. Plus, the hospital easily had access to a Bebiko, which I planned to breastfeed with at home. Visits to the neonatal ward were from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., so that was great. The ward was undergoing renovations, but I didn't feel it at all. Anyway, the best part of the stay was going home 😂!

  EMERGENCY ROOM - Outrageous treatment of patients. They were sent away without performing tests. The staff lacked empathy, respect, and responsibility. I'd heard many negative reviews, and now I'd experienced it firsthand. I brought in my 68-year-old mother, crying and vomiting from the pain. As it later turned out (at another hospital), it was a kidney stone and renal colic. My mother has a high pain threshold, so I knew how bad it must be. However, "Mr. Doctor" Żelowski initially refused to see me, offered no help, and spoke to my mother in an extremely rude manner, unaware that I was standing outside the door. After an hour of waiting and pleading with the staff for help, I finally broke down, started recording video, and once again entered the room, declaring that I wouldn't leave until my mother received help. Mr. Żelowski then called the police under the pretext of obstructing work. Everything was recorded, and we won't let it go. However, the police agreed with me in the only effective procedure. By the time they arrived, my mother was already being examined by another doctor. Finally, tests were performed and an IV was administered. Other patients waited literally from morning to night, frustrated by the staff's indolence. My dogs receive incomparably better care at the vet. It's sad, but... as far away from this gang as possible.

  This year, I had the pleasure of visiting this hospital's gynecology department three times. I wanted to say that both the hospital and the department are GREAT. They are completely professional, with medical service of a very high and polite standard. The staff are very kind, friendly, and professional. The midwives provide excellent care, the hospital ward is spotlessly clean, for which I thank the cleaning staff, and the food is excellent. If anyone is wondering where to have procedures and surgeries in the Opole Voivodeship, this is the place to go! I highly recommend them. 10/10
