The doctors are very good, but the receptionists have a dismissive attitude towards customers, to say the least. Irritation is often heard in their voices, which is very unpleasant. Especially since there's usually only one receptionist, and very often no one else. Calling the office is like a lottery; you never know how long you'll be waiting. Furthermore, it's very strange that the receptionist can transfer you to the doctor, but the doctor can't transfer you to the receptionist (to schedule another appointment). Strange.

I highly recommend using the services offered by the clinic. The medical staff's personalized approach to patients is particularly noteworthy. A huge thank you to Dr. Andrei for his approach, medical assistance, empathy, and accurate medical recommendations, which resulted in a natural pregnancy. The best recommendation for the clinic is perhaps the fact that our daughter is with us in this world. Dr. Kuczyńska is a very kind and professional person. I absolutely don't believe that every patient at the clinic is treated like a chain; quite the opposite, the approach to each case is individualized. There are queues and long waiting times at the clinic, but that depends on the funding program and patient demand.

I highly recommend the wonderful Dr. Agnieszka Kuczynska, thanks to her, my husband and I became parents. I always felt cared for; I never left the office feeling devastated, although I always worried before each appointment that something might be wrong. Agnieszka provided support and strength to not give up. Thanks to her, we can now enjoy and celebrate our wonderful son's first birthday. Best regards to the doctor and the lovely midwives ❤

I highly recommend Dr. Agnieszka Kuczyńska. She's a wonderful, empathetic person who knows her stuff perfectly. Thanks to her, we were able to get pregnant quickly. ;) We're seeing Dr. Michał Ryń for our pregnancy, who is also empathetic and very committed to his work. They're a great pair of doctors. This is my first pregnancy, and we couldn't have chosen a better doctor. :) Now we're patiently waiting for our little one ☺️
