In my opinion, the ladies in the treatment room, as well as the ladies and gentlemen at the reception desk, are very kind and empathetic. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. I received a lot of advice and guidance. I come here quite often, so today I decided to summarize. When I called the reception desk this morning, I didn't wait a minute and received the information I requested. I am very satisfied and personally recommend this clinic.

Does anyone answer the phone there? I've been calling every day for a week now, and I'm still on hold for half an hour, hearing the same "you're third in line" over and over again! Today I was the first one to get through, and after half an hour of waiting, I gave up. Do they read books over the phone or what? Edit - I had an emergency (wrong referral) and I handled everything over the phone! I think I've had five calls in total, answered if not immediately, then after a short wait! Something must have clicked, and I hope it continues! But your website is killer ;). Zero specific information for patients.

People are actually right. There's no way to call there... a disaster. Can someone explain how registration works there? You have to be there from 3 a.m., like in a hospital, or how to get in with a toothache?

I've been trying to call for a week. Either the phone's off the hook or no one answers. The doctors are good, but the reception is a joke.
