  I've been visiting Lambda for years, practically since it opened. I recently went to a dermatologist. Let me put it this way: 1) The doctor gave me a visual diagnosis in 5 seconds, along with a few words about what she thought as a "doctor." 2) Writing a description and prescription took 5 minutes. And that's the entire visit. The doctor claims it's folliculitis. But how can she know for sure? She didn't even examine the skin, not even from a distance. Or maybe it's mange, or worse, cancer? Does the doctor really think the patient doesn't see that they've been slapped? The result is this: She arrived half an hour late for work (they're not allowed to, are they?). There were several patients after me, so if she served each one in 5 minutes and 5 seconds, she finished in half an hour, then coffee. This was my first and last visit to the "Dermatologist" at Lambda; it was a two-in-one wash and go. I absolutely advise everyone not to go there and look elsewhere for a doctor by vocation and a real one.

  Dermatolog? Porażka, kobieta spojrzała na cere RAZ nawet nie dokładnie tylko z biórka i bez żadnej innej rozmowy z mną o to jaką mam cere przepisała maść która wpros WYPALIŁA mi skóre. Na cere wrażliwą i suchą, ona przepisała maść WYSUSZAJĄCĄ XD. Teraz mam cere na której widać te suchość i szczypi jak skur… NIE POZDRAWIAM.

  On Friday, May 10, 2024, the receptionist informed my husband that they don't read emails, and who even advised him to send prescription medication requests to an email address—I might add, the medications my husband takes regularly. He had previously been advised by phone that, to improve information flow and reduce phone congestion, it would be better to send an email with information about the medications he needed a prescription for. Unfortunately, as you can see, the information flow at the Lambda clinic in Piekary Śląskie on Wyzwolenia Street is down. My husband stayed for the weekend without a prescription for his high blood pressure medication, and the woman who worked on Friday, May 10, 2024, informed him that he could "borrow" the medications! This is outrageous and, above all, life-threatening. I would like to ask you to verify this woman's identity and not put the clinic's patients at risk of harm or death. I will only add that my husband has been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. This is likely his last year there. I do not recommend this place. I hope someone on the management board will address this situation.

  It's hard for me to rate this place. While the dermatologist and the psychiatrist under the National Health Fund were wonderful, the registration process is a nightmare. I read comments from a few years ago, and it shouldn't have escaped the attention of the aforementioned clinic that they still have problems reaching them by phone. Not only do you have to try to reach them all day, but the staff is so rude it's a nightmare.
