  Pani doktor Anita dermatolog - wspaniała. Bardzo chce zatroszczyć się o każdego pacjenta, kontaktowa i sympatyczna. Natomiast problemem jest systemowa organizacja wizyt, dlatego apel do administratora: przeznaczanie 10 minut na jednego pacjenta to kpina i żaden lekarz nie byłby w stanie wyrobić się w tym czasie. Do tego pacjenci nie są informowani przez rejestrację, że w przypadku zabiegu wizyta się wydłuża do godziny, a nawet dłużej ze względu na podawane wcześniej znieczulenie.

  I don't recommend Dr. Artur, an orthopedist. He scheduled me for carpal tunnel surgery at Sinie, which he didn't perform. The first scheduled appointment was for January 5, 2026. After no contact, I made an appointment with the doctor. Of course, he denied the appointment and issued a second appointment, this time confirmed with his own signature. He didn't give me a referral; he was supposed to deliver it to the clinic himself. Before the surgery, I had a pre-op appointment scheduled for January 21, which was canceled, and I was given a second appointment for January 28. This appointment was also canceled. In both cases, the doctor canceled his appointment at Life-Med. I emailed the doctor my test results using the "Pan" registration form. I haven't received any information about whether everything is okay. When I showed up for my scheduled surgery today, I learned that the doctor didn't schedule me for that date and didn't provide a referral. After waiting an hour for a decision on whether the surgery would take place today, I was sent away with a receipt and instructions to reschedule my appointment at Life-Med. This is a mockery of the patient.

  I highly do not recommend orthopedists or the facility. The doctors lack respect and knowledge. The situation began with a visit to one orthopedist, who administered a steroid and asked me to return when the pain persisted. It turned out there were no appointments available, so I went to a second doctor. The second doctor was surprised that I didn't have a brace and was supposed to write a prescription and continue treatment. On the day of my check-up, it turned out the doctor had left because no one answered the phone. Why didn't the receptionist, being an adult, confirm my details and phone number, which were 10 years old? Why did a private doctor leave without waiting for the patient? No one seemed to care that I was left without a sick note or further treatment (the previous one didn't help). I had to wait another week because the doctor had left. When I asked the receptionist for a printout of my card, I was told she wouldn't print it because the treatment had already started and wasn't finished. I finally received a printout, but two weeks later I still don't have a prescription for the brace. I've repeatedly asked for it and been told the system isn't working. You pay money and are left with nothing, with appointments with specialists, even private ones, being a month in advance. Furthermore, the doctor who sees you for three hours once a week leaves and doesn't care about your future. I should also add that none of the doctors mentioned the specific condition (I just read it from the chart). Not to mention the delays. You pay a high price for being left out in the cold and having to find another doctor.
