  In these times, when a private visit costs 250 PLN and the doctor doesn't show up for a scheduled appointment two weeks in advance without any feedback, it's truly unbelievable how ignorant and disrespectful the patient's time and health are. I just recently looked at other reviews, and the doctor's absences/lateness are indeed recurring. I don't recommend it.

  The doctor was very nice, but I was disappointed. I made the appointment because of my menstrual problems, which were delayed every month and caused severe pain that interfered with my normal functioning. Unfortunately, I got my period before my appointment. I called the clinic, and the doctor said I could come in for the appointment. At the doctor's office, I was very disappointed. The doctor only asked how old I was. Later, she said she wouldn't examine me because I was on my period because it would be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, that was the end of the visit; I learned nothing. Ewa didn't ask about my problem; I felt like I was forcing a conversation, and after three minutes, it seemed as if the doctor wanted me to leave and leave the money. If it weren't for the signature and stamp on the endometriosis test request form I requested, this visit would have been equivalent to showing up, saying, "I won't test you," and paying. That's why I called the clinic. If I'd known you'd do this, I would have canceled and saved a lot of money. In situations like these, it's better to tell the patient right away not to show up. I left the office very sad, hoping you'd be interested in my problem. I also wanted to learn about the HPV vaccine, but all I know is that I can get vaccinated at your clinic for 550 złoty. I scheduled a consultation and was only told I had to come back the following week. However, I won't be there because not everyone can afford a weekly visit. Please consider the quality, not the quantity, of your services.

  I've been a patient of Dr. Ewa Puchała since 2017. I was apprehensive about the Polish healthcare system and dreaded my first appointment, but from the very first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. She has extensive knowledge, and her diagnosis was accurate, allowing me to quickly begin professional treatment. She always answers my questions and addresses my concerns. She devotes as much time as I need. Even late at night, she can answer the phone and put me at ease. She's always smiling and very friendly. She's very gentle during examinations, eliminating any stress. Overall, she has a very positive energy. I love my visits with Dr. Ewa Puchała. I wish everyone the chance to meet such a competent, professional, and thorough doctor as Dr. Ewa Puchała. A patient from Jaworzno.

  Today I had my first appointment with the doctor. I'm always very nervous before gynecological exams, but today's visit took place in a very pleasant atmosphere. The doctor is very friendly, creates a relaxed atmosphere, and the exams themselves were performed very gently. The doctor immediately recognized the problem and absolutely didn't push for money. She asked if we wanted an ultrasound, and she didn't try to pressure me into anything to make more money. I searched for a gynecologist for a long time, and so far I'm happy with my choice.
