I'm delighted with the services provided by Aleksandra B., M.D., at this medical center. She's a very kind person who listens and advises. She even saw me after hours (I was in severe back/sciatic nerve pain). We need dedicated doctors like her. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had an appointment with an endocrinologist scheduled six weeks in advance, and was booked with a dermatologist. I learned of the mistake on the day of my appointment. Of course, the receptionist wasn't too concerned, as she replied, "It wasn't her fault, it was mine." What happened? But when I politely pointed out that such a mistake shouldn't have happened because some people really do wait a long time to see a specialist, the receptionist looked down and pretended not to hear. Disgusting behavior, a completely insulting person. I expected nothing more than a polite manner and a rude "sorry" from the receptionist who made the mistake. The service was terrible; I will never set foot there again.

I'm very pleased and highly recommend this place. I came to Ola with severe back pain, which I'd been struggling with for a long time. The physiotherapy helped immensely. The service was completely professional and very friendly, from registration to patient care. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

The dermatologist's appointment lasted literally five minutes. It was a shock. The doctor was late, just to check off the patient. He answered questions perfunctorily, only to leave as quickly as possible, and then handed over the receipt mid-sentence, suggesting the appointment was over. I highly recommend him; it's better to go through the National Health Fund (NFZ). As for a private appointment, it was a disaster.
