The only thing about this center is that they're constantly talking on the phone. And when you need a doctor, the pensioner couldn't tell you when Dr. Czakon is available, but she made an appointment for 4:20 PM on Wednesday. That's how our health insurance premiums for primary care physicians go. They don't do tests if prescriptions are issued under Dr. Zubik. I thought something had changed at this center. It's high time to show that this isn't the same health center it once was, and that it's worse than it used to be.

The level of patient care is scandalously low – a clinic that refuses home visits to disabled people, and where the emergency room recommendation after a fall is "a follow-up with a primary care physician the next day." The doctor stated she "doesn't see the need." Words fail me. It's a shame we can't give negative ratings; one star is too good. The only thing that saves the situation is Ania, a very helpful and friendly community nurse.
