The doctor is a wonderful person and a great specialist. She managed my first pregnancy, and now I'm with her during my second, and I always feel cared for and at ease. You can always count on her – even by phone; she never leaves a patient unanswered. I'm currently in the hospital where she also works, and she always finds a moment to check in on me in the room, ask how I'm feeling, and offer support. She's a true gem – empathetic, warm, and at the same time very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her to every expectant mother!

I definitely do not recommend Dr. Ewa Gacuta. I had an appointment with Lux Med and, unfortunately, I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner. She gave an opinion about my pregnancy without performing an examination – which is absolutely unacceptable in such a delicate situation. Zero empathy, coldness, and a complete lack of concern for my well-being and emotions. I feel like this doctor either doesn't like women or is burnt out – in either case, she should consider a career change. Instead of support, I was offered suggestions for private appointments, which left a bad impression and left the impression that the patient's well-being was completely irrelevant. If you're looking for a doctor who treats you with care, understanding, and commitment, steer clear of her. I wish every woman a better experience.

A very rude gynecologist. Absolutely zero empathy. I'm talking about the situation before the pandemic. There were literally zero patients in the emergency room. My wife and I went to see what was going on when she was four months pregnant because she had started bleeding. Twenty minutes later, the doctor graciously appeared in the empty waiting room. We suspected a miscarriage, and my wife was very scared and crying, so I wanted to accompany her. The doctor and a nurse tried to restrict the patient's right to a companion from the outset. Thanks to my determination, we managed to get into the office together. I suggest the doctor educate herself on the law and the Patient's Bill of Rights. The examination was relatively okay, except for the snide comments like, "You don't go to the emergency room with light spotting." It wasn't light spotting, but we didn't pursue the matter further; we were happy that the baby was okay. As we left, we thanked the doctor for the examination, but instead of saying goodbye, she replied, "WOW, THAT'S NOT HOW IT WILL HAPPEN!" in an angry tone. She clearly can't fathom how anyone could want to exercise their rights when the great doctor won't allow it. I highly recommend her. I'm just surprised by the reviews from other patients. Either she writes them herself, or she's such a fake person that she can pretend to be nice when she's seeing people privately.
