  I've been using the center's services for six years, and in fact, I only go to doctors here. I'm very satisfied. They're always on time, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. I'm currently also managing my pregnancy here, and I've used the services of many doctors and always felt cared for. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Appointments are notified the day before and by phone. The receptionists are always helpful and smiling, and the phone service is also always helpful. I highly recommend them.

  I really valued this visit, but today I was shocked. I tried to explain the misunderstanding and misunderstanding regarding the appointment location and was treated as if the National Health Fund was paying for my visit out of favor. Considering this is a private clinic where I pay for appointments out of pocket, I consider the failure to inform me of the location of my appointment a glaring error during registration. I hope communication with clients improves in the future, as it would be a shame to abandon a promising clinic for another due to ignorance and misunderstanding. As a result, I'm going to Międzyrzecz for an appointment tomorrow, which surprised me a bit. I should add that after registering by phone on February 9th, I was told I would receive confirmation of my appointment after the conversation, which never happened. Instead, I received it today, the day before my appointment, and I can no longer afford to change the date. :/

  I don't recommend it; I chose this facility because of its "reputation," or at least that's what I thought. It was time for my appointment, and the door was locked, so I couldn't get in. When I asked the staff at the adjacent entrance if it was open, the man helped me knock louder until they opened. Of course, it was a bit late. Not to mention, my appointment was scheduled for 1:15 PM, and the day before, I only received a text message confirming my 1:00 PM appointment, so again, confusion. The receptionist was very rude. She said they'd been trying to call me since yesterday, but I hadn't received a single call! Of course, she thought it was my fault. She didn't listen to what I was saying, changing the subject. The atmosphere was tense the entire time. I won't be going there again.

  We scheduled a minor procedure for our child. Upon arrival, the doctor claimed he knew nothing about it and was unprepared. The owner denied that the registration desk had definitely not scheduled the procedure (which was our only concern, and they quoted the cost). Despite absolutely nothing happening, they charged us over 200 złoty for a visit that was completely pointless, lasted two minutes, and during which the doctor merely confirmed the diagnosis and the validity of the procedure we had scheduled. In short: SCAMMERS!

  I don't recommend it. The way appointments are managed is disgraceful. I called two weeks ago to schedule an October appointment with a diabetologist, and they said there weren't any appointments available yet. The same thing happened last week. I was told to call back at the end of September. When I called today, there were no available appointments. Not to mention the exorbitant fees for appointments, and appointments are often delayed by two or three hours.
