I call to register and the lady tells me I have to call again!!! They only register from 3:30 PM. And I've been trying for about 20 minutes since 3:30 PM... unfortunately, no one answers the phone, and the number isn't busy! Shocking. Who's here for whom???

The dentist may be okay, but she has a dismissive attitude towards patients. She once called me for a consultation, and I waited three hours. Then she asked who I was and said she wasn't available for me that day. If you have a specific appointment, you have to expect a delay of up to several hours. I don't recommend it.

I was at the dentist's office today, waiting since 7:20. There were about 20 people ahead of me. After seeing 15 people, the receptionist said she was no longer accepting appointments because there were no more slots. It's clear they're taking appointments through connections. What a joke, what's going on there!

The receptionist was terrible, devoid of empathy, arrogant, and insolent! I called for two hours, and when she even answered, she was always angry! I even bothered to come in person with a sick child in my arms, and what did I hear? No available seats! What a joke!

First, the doctor didn't accept the referral without a PESEL number, sending me back to have the referral corrected. The next time, after receiving the correct one, it took 40 minutes to verify whether, as an Enelmed partner facility, they could perform laboratory tests. If anyone expects to have them performed, basic tests like CRP and glucose testing aren't included in the contract!
