This was our first visit to Dr. Lidia Kaczmarek, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had in a doctor's office. From the very beginning, she acted arrogant, with a clear sense of superiority and a condescending tone. Instead of showing empathy and understanding, she raised her voice, questioning the validity of the visit and the opinions of other doctors. She refused to perform the examination, even though we had a referral and a clear reason for the visit. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional – a complete lack of tact, patience, and a lack of empathy for a young patient. My daughter left the office crying and distraught, and I was shocked that a pediatric gynecologist could treat a teenager this way. Instead of support and understanding, we were met with arrogance and coldness. I definitely do not recommend this doctor.

I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Kaczmarek to anyone considering a visit. Today I had my appointment at the Unia Lubelska Hospital. There was zero empathy for others, the atmosphere in the office was terrible. The doctor questioned my appointment, the opinions of the attending physician, and my own opinion. I only came to the appointment wanting an ultrasound, which ultimately didn't happen because I didn't consent to a standard gynecological examination. The doctor raised her voice and tried to show her superiority. If you have a choice, I recommend choosing another specialist to save yourself the stress and tears.

Very unprofessional approach to patients. Obstructive in resolving issues. Arrogant and rude. I do not recommend this clinic and should avoid it altogether.

Regarding my first ever visit to a gynecologist and the way I was treated, I can only rate it as very good. I believe that if a woman can answer the questions the doctor asks (as I know the people working there were nervous), the doctor's attitude is good and pleasant. However, if I were to move on to the MOST IMPORTANT aspect, namely the treatment and assistance provided to patients, I think the doctor is unfortunately incompetent. I came to her for help with painful periods, and she completely scolded me, telling me to come back when it hurts, and equating period pain to a heart attack. People, I have great respect for this gracious doctor, but unfortunately, I do NOT recommend her. It's not about being nice; the visit itself was comfortable, but it's mainly about helping the woman. After one test, an ultrasound, she confirmed I was healthy. I didn't want to argue any further and left without returning because it simply didn't make sense. One test alone won't rule out the cause of the illness, and I believe we need to investigate further. I'm writing these reviews to make other women aware that if there's a gynecological problem and the doctor tells you it's fine, unfortunately, I wouldn't be so sure. This doctor didn't inspire any admiration in me, only fear at what she said and her lack of knowledge. She completely missed the point. I didn't let her convince me that pain was normal during menstruation, as she told me. I'm very young, and I won't allow myself to be fooled and misled into believing that women are being misled. She also said, "Come back when the pain gets worse," dear women, as you can see, some doctors can't be trusted. If you experience any gynecological problems in your life, you should consult with them, not wait to prevent the disease from developing. Diagnose as soon as possible and act, not wait, as the doctor said, "it will get worse." I also know that she's not the only gynecologist with these views and treatment methods, but that's why I'm expressing my opinion. I don't like what you say and it doesn't benefit patients. Help, don't harm.
