Due to the large number of negative comments, I was a little apprehensive about having blood tests done at this clinic, but I decided to give it a try anyway. As a result, I was very well attended to, and the receptionist even helped me with the Luxmed application so that I could receive a discount on the cost. I arrived at 8:30 for the collection that would take place at 8:45, but by 8:35 I was already leaving the clinic. The collection girls were kind, and the results of the 5 tests were available the next day.

We encountered absolute nonsense at your clinic. My boyfriend was scratched by a cat in another country, and just to be safe, he decided to get a rabies vaccination. To speed things up, we chose your clinic. We booked an appointment with a doctor, who said there were no visible symptoms of rabies but recommended getting vaccinated anyway. So, on June 12th, he got the first shot. That meant the next visit should’ve been on June 15th. We were not given any referral or follow-up information. For three days we tried to contact your online support — no response at all. We decided to go directly to the clinic on June 15th to figure things out — because the second dose must be done on that exact day. What did we get? We were told that since it’s Sunday, the price for a doctor’s visit and the vaccine is double. On top of that, they weren’t even sure if the vaccine was available. Let me also mention: my boyfriend never received any confirmation of the first shot. No proof of vaccination. No clear plan for the next steps. We had to search online ourselves to find out what to do. So because of poorly provided information, no confirmation of the first visit, and no documentation at all, we’re now supposed to pay double? And that’s somehow our fault? How can I trust that we’ll get proper care next time? That there won’t be the same kind of careless attitude? What if my boyfriend had actual symptoms of rabies — would it still be treated with this kind of indifference? I’m honestly shocked, in the worst way possible. Paying this much for such a terrible level of service? It’s so absurd it’s almost laughable. Absolutely no thank you.

Every luxmed has parking ticket zero machine but here mot. You pay 8 zl. If there is delay form the doctor side you pay more for something not your fault. Plus pay monthly for LuxMed

When I'm looking for specialists (and I only get blood and urine tests here), I start with this Luxmed facility. Every time I've been here for 15 years, I've been met with friendly reception staff, caring doctors (Dr. Adam Bochenek and Dr. Jacek Ziółkowski, MD, are top-notch specialists!), and exceptional needle insertion skills (I don't faint and it doesn't hurt too much 😀). The facility is located in the Sonata Polish Airports management building. The grounds have a well-managed parking lot, where you can park without any problems. If it's full, the parking attendant directs you to the parking lot next door (behind the fence), so parking is no problem at all. I highly recommend it! And the cherry on the cake for aestheticians. The facility is currently undergoing a complete renovation and looks truly stunning! 😍 P.S. A big thank you to all the staff for all the years of helping me maintain good health 😀
