  Good morning, this is the best, everyone-friendly clinic for me, and it's also the best for my son, who had a teleconsultation with Dr. Zalewska yesterday. The young boy was delighted with the knowledge, service, and contact with the doctor. I've never had such a great teleconsultation! We recommend all the people working there because they are extremely nice and do good!

  Recently, the cup of bitterness has finally broken. We had a problem with the pediatrician and the treatment options – okay, we changed doctors, problem solved. Nothing could be further from the truth. Getting to see the main pediatrician was a miracle, but now it's even worse. Doctors' office hours are on the board, but reality is different. Calling the clinic is practically a miracle. I can't complain about the staff's service, although my child was recently denied a checkup (pneumonia). While I understand, it can be frustrating when you've spent a week trying to get an appointment at the clinic. I've been with this clinic for over 10 years, and it's never been as bad as it has been in the last six months. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place anymore. Stay as far away from this clinic as possible.

  I moved to this clinic a year ago. I'm very pleasantly surprised, and I've been to many clinics in my long life. You can always reach them by phone without any problems. The staff is wonderful. The women at the reception desk and at the vaccination center are extremely friendly and always helpful. I've rarely encountered such an approach from doctors or such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Usually, talking to a doctor paralyzes a patient, but here I experienced warmth and a kind approach to the sick. Congratulations to the Director for such a staff. Bogumiła Gnatowska-Słomczyńska

  There are good pediatricians. But only one is on duty. The situation is that appointments are booked by phone from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and then, if you do manage to get through, the appointments are closed... for the entire day until 4 p.m. They always let you come in, try to squeeze in between the appointments, and of course, get nervous or embarrassed... but what wouldn't you do to check your little one's pneumonia or just a cough and runny nose?

  Friday dentist appointment from 1 p.m. on the general message board. However, we have to wait until 2 p.m. Why have a general message board when everything has to be handled by phone... 😥 An hour and a half later...
