  I really appreciate the help of this clinic, they treated me well, more than I expected. Especially my gratitude goes to my Dr. Michał Buganiuk gynecologist-obstetrician for his kindness and passion towards me. I really recommend him, particularly to foreigners who need a doctor who understands you as you are and is willing to help you in any way he can.

  I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent appointment with the doctor at room number 3 who comes at 6 pm for NFZ who works at your clinic. While I appreciate the opportunity to seek medical care, I wanted to raise concerns about an interaction that left me feeling disrespected and unsupported as a patient. During the examination, I experienced significant pain, which I visibly expressed. Rather than acknowledging or addressing my discomfort with empathy, the doctor made a dismissive remark, saying, “Are you a child to feel and express pain this way?” I found this comment deeply inappropriate and unprofessional. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to be treated with compassion, especially during vulnerable moments, such as when experiencing physical pain. While I understand that cultural and generational differences may influence communication styles, dismissive remarks about a patient’s pain are not acceptable in a professional medical setting. I would like to respectfully suggest that your clinic emphasizes the importance of empathetic communication and patient-centered care among all staff. Ensuring that patients feel respected and validated, regardless of their individual pain tolerance or cultural background, is essential for fostering trust and providing quality care. He even lied to me saying no patient ever felt pan as I did, I am sure many others did and I am not the only one but he lied to make me feel worse about myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful or maybe his patients are walking dead or zombies that they don't feel pain at all and they aren't allowed to express it in Slavic culture??! non-sense! I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future interactions with patients. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.   We had appointment at 18:20 and at 18:30, someone is accepted instead of us. When i asked reception they said it is decision of doctor Beata Dawiec. Waited for 30 minutes and still they were behaving that it is Africa no line system exist. Very poor service.

  5 stars to doctor Nowak-Florek, she was professional, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. But, I put 2 stars to the clinic itself - your reception has a total lack of communication. When I arrived at the scheduled time to get my results, I was informed that my appointment was canceled because you sent me the results via email - why no one informed me about it before? I was told that I needed to call the clinic before the visit, which I was also not informed about. Also, it was a total mess during my blood tests - nurses were coming in an out as if I was in the corridor rather than a closed room. No privacy whatsoever. And lastly, I needed to retake my blood tests because of the mistake on clinic/diagnostic center end. So I needed so spend my time and money to come to the clinic again, and I received no apology, compensation or even proper communication about it. Totally unacceptable for a private clinic that charges this much for their services.

  So unorganised. My appointment got cancelled 2 times when I was already at the clinic. They didn’t even bother to let me know that it’s cancelled (I had to wait 40 minutes). I really feel sorry for the owner. Your receptionists don’t work really wisely.😬
