  I don't recommend it. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:20. I should add that I took the train from Opole. I received a text message right at my door about the change to 1:00 p.m., then 1:40 p.m., then 2:00 p.m., and another one at 2:40 p.m. I don't know how much longer I would have waited. I preferred to go home and find a doctor who treats me with respect and seriousness. I spent Sunday waiting outside the door of a private office in Krakow, and I was even willing to pay 1,100 złoty for it. Thank you, I won't use it.

  My review concerns my visit with Dr. Paulina Przybylska. I can truly recommend her; above all, I felt at ease and at peace in her office. She didn't push for tests that could have been an additional financial burden, but I decided to get the full package anyway. The tests were performed thoroughly, gently, and without rushing. Paulina answered my questions with dedication. She is a wise woman with a holistic approach. I'm glad I found her. :) The receptionist was also very polite. My overall experience was very positive.

  My review concerns Professor Artur Ludwin. My visit to this office was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing medical experiences I've ever had. The appointment started approximately two hours late. During this time, neither the doctor nor the receptionist provided the patients with any information about the reason for the delay, the expected wait time, or the possibility of rescheduling their appointment. Leaving women without information for such an extended period demonstrates a lack of basic respect for their time and basic organizational standards. There wasn't even access to water in the waiting room, which, given the long waits and stress associated with a gynecological appointment, is the bare minimum that should be guaranteed. During the appointment, the doctor was constantly on his phone, leaving me in a private situation without any information about what he was doing or how long the break would be. He was constantly on social media—most likely posting and sharing Instagram stories during this time, as the posting time coincided with my appointment. The lack of any communication during these moments left me feeling completely ignored and stripped of my basic sense of dignity. I came to him, attracted by his social media image as a "friend of women," but what I encountered was a shock. Nowadays, patient care standards are different, and doctors and their team should be aware of this and adhere to them. Unfortunately, basic communication, respect, and professionalism were lacking here. Never before have I encountered such a glaring lack of communication and such a poor doctor-patient relationship. A gynecological visit requires exceptional delicacy, empathy, and attentiveness—these were strikingly lacking here. Regardless of medical competence, the standard of care and respect for the patient should be the absolute priority. In this case, that was not the case.

  I don't recommend it. I waited a very long time to see the doctor, but I was informed about that. Okay, I understand. It happens to everyone. After about 40 minutes, the doctor came in, and imagine my surprise. Another 15-minute wait for him to get his act together. Okay, he goes into the office, and so we wait 15 minutes again... The visit itself wasn't the best either. I've seen several doctors, both private and funded, and each of them was able to communicate. I spent more time with the doctor in silence than I did talking. If it weren't for the constant questioning and questioning, I wouldn't have learned much... However, having spent a considerable amount of money, I expected more attention, and I was treated worse than by any specialist on the National Health Fund...

  I was never given a receipt during my appointments. I was never told over the phone that payment with Dr. Piwowarczyk was cash only. Why? Because it's illegal. I was always sent to the ATM downstairs! The ladies at the front desk are good at what they say, didn't we? But the ATM is downstairs and they're obviously watching to see if you're going to ask for a receipt. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this doctor even to my worst enemy. He pressures me into expensive tests, telling me something might be wrong and I need to make sure, because prenatal tests showed absolutely no risk, and the things the doctor mentioned developed in subsequent stages. This was confirmed by two other doctors at the same stage. If you want peace of mind, I recommend avoiding him!
