A few minutes of consultation cost 289 PLN - 25 minutes of waiting for a free appointment... They charge a substantial amount of money but can't keep the appointment on time. Of course, four other patients behind me share the same opinion, and they arrive on time just like me.

Abdominal ultrasound appointment. I'm waiting with a full bladder, 25 minutes late, but okay. When it's my turn, the doctor calls someone else who was after me. When I enter the office and tell the doctor I'm ahead of the doctor (I'm 12:45 and the doctor who called from 1:00 PM), she starts saying that her system shows that, so I say I'm first and please do the ultrasound. The doctor asked me out of the office, saying I'm nervous and won't do the test. How can you not be nervous? It's private care through Luxmed, which I pay for, and they treat me like garbage. I don't recommend this facility; it's a complete disaster.

I don't recommend it. My fiancé had a 40+ screening appointment scheduled for today, a month in advance. He also received a text message from the National Health Fund (NFZ) reminding him about the screening. He arrived at the scheduled time and was informed that the facility was no longer offering the tests. No prior call informing him that the facility was only offering the tests until November 25th, no text message. Zero information. A very unprofessional approach. I don't recommend it. The information will also be reported to the National Health Fund (NFZ) and the Patient Ombudsman.
