I had a dental checkup and hygiene appointment scheduled for 12:50 PM. I was seen at 1:00 PM. The entire visit was very short – by 1:19 PM, I was already outside the office and called the Lux Med hotline to confirm what procedures had been performed. The hotline informed me that the documentation stated that a full hygiene procedure had been performed. I asked how long it should take and was told a minimum of 45 minutes. However, in my case, the entire visit, including check-in and check-out, did not exceed 20 minutes. This clearly demonstrates that the service was not performed properly or in its entirety. I filed a complaint, but the complaint was rejected. In their justification, Lux Med cited reports from the doctor and her assistant, who confirmed that I spent 45 minutes in the office and that the procedure was performed correctly. This is contrary to the facts, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT :)

It's fine – if a specialist is available, but unfortunately, it's getting harder to get an appointment every year. The reception is friendly and helpful, and the offices are standardly equipped. Clean and welcoming.

Couldn't you just write this on the website for technical reasons? I specifically checked to see if it says anything. It's the 21st century, and I'm wasting money on taxis and time because of your indolence. Where am I going to get my test results? They're not available in the app, only "to be picked up at the facility."

The dermatologist prescribed me a cream with a 20% acid concentration for daily use without any prior consultation. If it weren't for my limited knowledge of facial care, my face would have burned. The dermatologist didn't tell me to use sunscreen after using the acid cream during the day. Instead of discussing my skincare routine with me, whether I was doing anything wrong, she simply asked what I was washing my face with and that if it was Crave or Cetaphil, it was okay. I don't recommend it!!! If you're looking for a dermatologist who can help you choose the right skincare for your skin, steer clear!

I don't recommend the orthodontist. After my fourth visit, I learned that adults are only treated in one way: with fixed braces and bone drilling. Money-grabbing.
