the staff at the reception was extremely rude and not friendly. She was even the Coordinator DOP of the place. extremely arrogant. They were not organised, took 15 minutes only to find the details of my appointment when i arrived, even tho it was booked weeks ago. extremely dissatisfied with the rude staff.

Failure! I haven't been able to get an appointment with a specialist for a year now. The appointment schedule is added without much order or structure. If you don't have a follow-up or the appointment is missed, it's very difficult to get back into the flow of appointments. The LuxMed system doesn't allow you to schedule longer appointments than those available on the patient's list. Despite paying for the service, I haven't been able to use it even once this year. It's worse than the National Health Fund (NFZ), and my health isn't under constant care :) It's also impossible to get anything done by phone, and the line operators unfortunately don't have the tools to provide more comprehensive assistance – of course, I'm not blaming the staff, but the system itself. I definitely don't recommend it.
