The services provided are of high quality. But this thing that the appointment was scheduled for 18 45 and the doctor sees you 35 mins later just ruins the vibe of a good clinic. Guys, do invest in your time management and scheduling approaches

I was late for my appointment by 30 minutes since I had a class at university. But when I requested for another appointment time, the friendly receptionist immediately checked with the nurse and provided me an appointment. The nurse who did my medical checkup was very professional and the doctor who gave my report was very amiable. I got my checkup done in 10 minutes and received my report within 15 minutes after checkup. Thank you so much LuxMed

Poor experience. As a nurse myself I am aware of stress and workload but the way I was treated as a patient wasn't good. I went to do a blood test and leave some samples that I was told I can leave any day from mon-fri, turned out they do not accept this particular one on Friday. So I have to come back on Monday again. Receptionists were not helpful, I was confused, they did not want to help me and explain anything. They were kind of angry that I ask questions. Booking an apt wasn't a very nice experience either. I had to book 3 apts by phone, when I get there, the receptionist told me that I only had 2 of them booked. Staff have loads to learn there. Good thing, the nurse took the blood ok, male nurse that was also there was polite. I am already in a bad mood thinking that I have to go back there.
