Worst service ever, people careless and long waiting despite your appointment

When I call and wait four minutes for someone to answer, everything is fine. However, my three-minute delay was politely mentioned twice at the reception desk. The receptionist didn't even know the reason for the delay, explaining that her colleagues probably wouldn't have time to do the tests because they had to complete the paperwork first. The entire visit lasted maybe an hour. But it was manageable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND it. The tests take over 4 hours to get to work. No one here respects your time. You're waiting an hour for your next appointment.

People, what do you want from the certifying doctor? You seem to think everyone has to bow to you just because a distinguished gentleman came for tests. I spoke with the doctor as if we'd known each other for 20 years. Very friendly staff. I recommend it.

Terrible treatment of their patients! They scheduled a four-month-old child for an ophthalmologist appointment twice, and twice the appointment was canceled an hour or two beforehand for unknown reasons, simply informing them that the doctor was not available. I have no desire to return to this clinic and I do not recommend it to anyone.
