I absolutely do not recommend it. I scheduled a Pap smear at Luxmed on September 10th solely because I needed a quick test. I was informed that the test can only be performed by a doctor, so I would also have to pay for the consultation. I agreed because I needed the results urgently. The consultation and Pap smear appointment lasted five minutes. The only thing the doctor asked about was the date of my last period. When I asked which Pap smear he recommended—liquid or traditional—he said I should get this information at the reception desk. To this day, I still haven't received the Pap smear results, after more than 10 weeks. In the meantime, I've called Luxmed about 20 times to get the results. After six weeks, I was informed that the samples were mixed up and I wouldn't receive the results. To this day, I haven't received a refund, even though I received notification that it had been refunded, followed by further emails stating that the accountant would confirm when the refund would be issued. I absolutely do not recommend this service! The same service can be performed at a gynecologist's office for 25% of the price and with patient care. That was the last time I used Luxmed services.

Lux Med as a whole is a scandal. The helpline scheduled a 6-year-old child for stitch removal (stitches are placed at a Lux Med facility). The nurse won't admit her because a surgeon's appointment is necessary. But the receptionist doesn't inform us about this. They direct us to a treatment room, where the child waits 30 minutes to be seen, only to discover there's no surgeon on site. The helpline agrees to cover the cost of a private appointment somewhere... but we don't know where. It's August 14th, the start of a long weekend, and the child has seven days to have his stitches removed, as recommended. Finally, we receive a referral to the emergency room, but the emergency room refuses to admit us. Lux Med is condemning its privately funded patient to the stitches' queues. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it.

The center is focused on making money... a visit to the ophthalmologist, lasting 15 minutes... and I learned nothing concrete, and I lost 320 PLN... for that, a referral for an eye fundus examination and another consultation, which, of course, costs a lot... and in another nearby city, they decorated a multitude of eye tests, including fundus examination and CT scans, an on-site consultation with two doctors costs 250 PLN...

We've had the Luxmed extended package for over a year now. At first, we were delighted – quick appointments with a pediatrician, reliable doctors, accurate diagnoses. Unfortunately, Luxmed seems to have oversubscribed, as for some time now, I haven't been able to get an appointment with a pediatrician or any internist who also sees children. At 6 a.m., I called the hotline to schedule a telephone consultation, after which we received a referral to a pediatrician. It's impossible to schedule an appointment through the pediatrician app because there are no appointments available a month in advance, so I showed up at the clinic with my child at 8 a.m. and asked for an appointment. The receptionists did their best to help. We were left without an appointment and told to see a doctor under the National Health Fund (NFZ) at a primary care clinic. This is unacceptable to me. We pay a monthly subscription fee, and it's not cheap, and then we have to go to the National Health Fund (NFZ). That's why people buy a subscription – to be sure they'll be seen.
