By far, my worst experience at a luxmed facility was in this branch. I kept waiting outside the doctor's room for 30 minutes the doctor and the doctor didn't called me inside. I had to go somewhere important after the consulatation with doctor and I couldn't reach and the doctor didn't bothered to attend me. I had to go home without the consultation

Delays delays delays... hours of delays. No wonder if you schedule people every 15 min. It must be very profitable for the clinic. How about a system that gives you the money back depending on how much you wait? That would be fair

Staff are very rude. Don't seem to understand the concept of service at all. Advertise as speaking English but hardly ever do and get rudely frustrated if you don't understand Polish. They made my daughter cry. They try to present a caring international image but the reality is quite different. Use another company if you can

Hard to find — you need to access the garage, walk narrow path ways and voila you can stand in a line. The line will be long, the corridors cramped and the prices pretty high. you will be informed that their infoline lies and in fact no outside examination is considered valid. You need to always pay twice. Honestly I have never seen such evident money grabbing at a medical facility. They don’t even deny it.

Endocrinologist and dermatologist, 5 mins appointment. I wonder their salary for this amount of time. Lack of interest in my history, or to understand the contest of the visit. They just know how to prescribe medicines. Later, after this terrible visit to the endocrinologist, there is no other appointment with other endocrinologist for the next 30 days!!!!
