I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Andrzej Bronisz (orthopedist) at LuxMed Brama Portowa. Despite arriving early for my appointment, the doctor made no effort to call me in for over 20 minutes. I could clearly see him inside the room, scrolling on his phone, while no patients were being seen. When I finally approached him, he refused to communicate in English or use a translation app, and showed no effort to proceed with the consultation. I reported this at reception but was only advised to bring a human translator next time, which is not always practical in a modern clinic. Not all doctors at this clinic are like this. I have had positive experiences with others who were professional and willing to use translation tools. Unfortunately, this was the only doctor who made me feel embarrassed, ignored, and disrespected. For a private healthcare provider that claims to be foreigner-friendly, this behavior is completely unacceptable. If you are a non-Polish speaker, please be cautious when booking appointments with this doctor.

MAKE SURE THE DOCTOR SPEAKS ENGLISH Today I had an appointment to get visited but what happened left me speechless. The doctor, despite the documents were all in Polish refused to visit me because she does not speak English, after that the structure RETURNED ME the money spent. We're in 2023 with the possibility of instant translation, this is inadmissible.
