  Luxmed doctors will do everything they can to not give you a referral to do examinations. They don't want to give you a diagnosis, they just want to give you antibiotics and hope that you will get better. They should be ashamed of holding a title of doctor. This insurance is a huge waste of money, I'm having to go to private doctors instead because the doctor at Luxmed are not helpful at all

  Hidden surcharges and misleading price policy I’ve been using Luxmed’s “Optymalny z dopłatami” package and recently experienced a serious issue with unexpected extra charges that contradict the official documentation provided at the time of signing the contract. According to the PDF document (Zakres_1969516.pdf) I received with my contract, both orthopedic consultations and X-rays are subject to a standard surcharge of 20 PLN. However, I was charged 49 PLN for each — which is 145% more than the agreed price. What’s worse, the Luxmed app consistently displays this inflated pricing, even though their own contract states that the scope of services and surcharges is regulated by the same PDF. Despite contacting their support, I received no clarification or correction. I had to cancel appointments and delay necessary diagnostics due to this discrepancy. This feels like a clear case of misleading the consumer and borderline bait-and-switch tactics. I've lost trust in their billing transparency. If you’re considering a Luxmed subscription, be very careful with what you’re promised vs. what you’ll actually be charged.

  I would not recommend to anyone come here. They are taking too much time and i have to wait almost 1 hour for my turn. And they discriminate with foreign people.Poor service and bad experience.

  I’ve only had the best of experiences at this clinic. Professional and efficient team. There was only one young lady at reception who always seems bothered when she’s asked questions. Otherwise, the rest of the team is kind and professional. I’m very grateful to Dr. Jacek Kostrzewa for his professionalism, attentiveness, and thorough care throughout my pregnancy. He always listened carefully and offered clear advice without ever imposing his views

  The girl at the reception couldn’t care less and gave me the wrong instructions sending me to the waiting room without explaining I had to tell her the exactly exam I was doing and pay for it first. While in the waiting room, as soon as the nurse realized I didn’t speak polish she closed the door of the room refusing to attend me. I was shocked!! Luckily, another nurse made an effort to speak English and explained to me everything I should have done, she was kind.
