Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The woman at the reception was extremely rude and unfriendly. It makes you wonder why there is even an option to book in English if the reception staff can’t provide even basic coordination or explanation in English. This kind of attitude completely ruins the impression of the place

No coordination in meeting timings, im asked to come 15-20 minutes before the appointment and they make me wait 20 min after my appointment timing to get checked. Please make sure to have a sense of urgency when you put a timing on the appointment a lot of us have to work and the time to spend in front of a close door is limited!!

Reception works great, everyone is very helpfull, whole place is very clean including toilets. Always recieved professional help and attention from staff and doctors. On the downside, some of the flooring could use renovations and getting inside, might require help from the building staff for the first time as it's slightly hidden - but shouldn't be too difficult

The doctor was amazing. Dr. Joanna was friendly, helpful and compassionate. I was upset at first to find out that my appointment was cancelled on me without due notice and had some issues with reception, but in the end i got everything i wanted and more.
