Last night, unfortunately, I had to go to your hospital. When I first arrived, they asked for 340 zloty just for the examination, without any intervention. I went to the doctor, he took my temperature, it was 38.9, and despite that, at two in the morning, without giving me any IV or injection, he prescribed 6-7 medications and sent me away. I found an open pharmacy at that hour and showed them the prescription the doctor gave me. They said the prescription was invalid and I needed to go back to the hospital to get a new one. When I got home, my fever was 38-39 all night and I couldn't sleep at all. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital; it was a very bad experience for me.

I went there today for a blood test. Everything went very well. The blonde woman in the analysis room was very friendly. She spoke English and the gentleman who took the blood spoke English. Both of them were very nice people. The two ladies at the reception were also very nice ladies. In short, I really liked this Luxmed branch.Thank you guys first of all, for treating yourself, then your work and patients with such respect.

A heartless doctor. I brought my 15 month old son to see a doctor with clear symptoms of hand, foot and mouth disease. This doctor also said she saw the symptoms of hand, foot and mouth disease and saw the child's painful condition when he couldn't eat anything. But instead of worrying and checking the child, she only cared about what country we were from? And then received a racist attitude from the doctor. I had to hold my child for hours and pay for tests that were not related to the child's illness. In the end, I didn't receive a clear explanation from the doctor, she just wanted to finish quickly with a prescription for ear drops (I emphasize that they were not related to the symptoms of the disease my son was experiencing). And was asked to come back the next day for more X-rays and tests. While the baby was septic and had mouth ulcers that needed immediate intervention with appropriate antibiotics, the doctor dragged her feet and wanted us to pay for unnecessary tests and X-rays. I am leaving the name of that uncaring doctor and sharing our terrible experience in the hope that other parents will think twice before choosing where to take their child for medical care. In addition to the high cost, I had to hold my child and wait for many hours for unnecessary tests, and the child was exhausted when we got home. In the end, I still did not receive the appropriate support for my child's illness. I had to pay expensive medical fees and face discrimination just to receive a vague prescription that was not related to my child's illness. Above all, I condemn the blatant racism. It should not happen in such a sacred medical profession.

What a disappointment. If you are not holding the Polish passport, you are literally no one. I brought my flatmate who was in pain as he even couldn’t walk, we used wheelchairs. Reception, Doctor, Nurses has 0 communication. What the hell they are doing in the computers in front of them I don’t really understand. Doctor says go to reception, reception says go to nurse, nurse says go to doctor. Doctor needs to write a receipt and it’s been 45 mins we are waiting for a receipt. He got another patient in the room and saying me that after that patient he will write the receipt. The only difference between us and this patient is, we don’t hold the Polish passport as he does. I am sure that Luxmed team now will reply regular copy paste answer under my comment. But believe me, instead of replying me with no sense comments, go and educate your doctors about the human rights. Educate them that if your patient is not holding the same passport as you are, it doesn’t mean that he is a low level person. Very low level disappointment, what a uneducated dirty mindset! All hospital must be ashamed to leave a young guy in pain for hours!
