  Friendly staff but incompetent planning. I was scheduled for a blood test last week, they said “we don’t do this test today so we will move you to thursday next week”. I come back on the given appointment and wait until it’s my turn for the test. And once at the test they say “oh we don’t do that today, ask at the reception for another appointment on monday”. I go to the reception, and they tell me to do it myself on the app. In the app I couldn’t do it because the appointment was counted as completed… A waste of time and respect.

  We arrived 10 minutes early, registered and were told to wait, and that the Dr would call us in. 10 mins later the Dr we were supposed to see left without telling anyone. We then waited another 45 minutes, having to leave and top up our parking. When we came back we decided to ask the receptionist what was taking so long. When we asked, the only man on the reception desk put his head down and whispered to the other receptionist that the Dr had walked out almost 30 mins ago. No one had any idea what to do about our appointment and had no idea how to solve the problem. My husband asked for a refund, which took the team almost 20 mins to set up on the card machine. In the meantime, my husband politely asked the male receptionist (who had seen the Dr leave) how long the refund was going to take. The receptionist told him rudely to sit down and wait. My husband lost his patience and the receptionist rose to this by shouting back at him. My husband had to take a day off.of work to come for these vaccinations, and we drive 40 mins into the city for the appointment. Worst medical care we have ever experienced in Poland, severely incompitent team regarding customer service and administration. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone

  Frankly I don't think I should receive this kind of reaction just because I'm a foreigner This isn't just a place; it's a hospital. I think every patient here, good or bad, should be treated equally

  Don’t bother visiting this place . They will cancel your appointment even if you had one . I came in on time Waited on the reception for 10 mins because the guy doesn’t speak English. 10 mins later they tell me you are late we have to book for tomorrow oh I was there in the morning by the way and the doctor refused to see my child because she wasn’t sick . Better find another insurance not this one

  Terrible support team in English, they are rude and can't book an appointment or help you find an appropriate solution at all! Don't buy insurance there if you don't speak Polish or maybe it is the same in Polish as well.
