There is no worst medical center than this one. This was my second experience after going through the nightmare and complaining at the first instance. Bupa in fact called and ensured that the next experience will be seamless but i guess they just dont care. I went again this morning for my appointment. A very rude lady greeted me at the entrance gate and asked me to sit down in the queue without asking any details. I sat down for 25 minutes and people kept coming and going in for their appointments. I got up and asked her what's going on - to which i get a reply in very irate tone 'YOU MUST SIT DOWN' not sure if it's got to do with the color of my skin as people tend to be a bit hostile for someone who is not white. Anyway, i waited more whilst people cough all around me as there were no chairs to accommodate so many patients and eventually decide to get up and leave as i did not want to be infected with other diseases especially in these Covid times. Anyway, please avoid this place at any cost.

There is no queue to registration for pregnant women. There is a priority queue for pregnant woment to the nursing room. This is ridiculous when you think about it. You need to stand up waiting to register but you can sit down waiting to the nursing room.

Very friendly staff, fast service(flu vaccination) - great so far. I'll probably update with more details after my next visits :)

I was late for my doctor's appointment, there were huge traffic jams, and I was still seen, for which I'm grateful. However, the sealed sockets are disrespectful to the patient, who doesn't come here to steal electricity. Sometimes, while waiting for an appointment (I once waited an hour and a half with my child to see an ENT specialist), I have to charge my computer for work or my phone. Shameful!

I have been using Lux-Med's medical care since its inception, which is several decades ago. My wife and I are generally satisfied with the service, as well as with the care provided by the medical staff, doctors and nurses.
