  There are no procedures in place when you need urgent assistance and help could easily be provided. I can tell from the experience (and it's not a single occurrence) That) that infections requiring surgical assistance will require multiple visits in order to receive proper treatment. Example - online chat will schedule a surgeon appointment, surgeon will tell you that it's just a consultation and help can only be given if I schedule another appointment. And availability is in a few days. Why not help the patient if you have staff, equipment and time to do it (there were no other patients and doctor was bored out of his mind). Obviously, Luxmed should have a process in place to be able to help patients who need it quickly, on the same day. But no, they will say - wait or go to SOR and pray they will have time to attend you there.

  To do tests, analysis to blood, pee, poo, its quite effective, the rest nothing special, very superficial diagnostic

  Please instruct your personnel that asking patients why they don’t speak Polish when ordered English speaking doctor - is unacceptable and xenophobic

  I never see in my life like this I want make complain I need somebody to contact me or I will go to court I was paying but they didnt do nothing and very bad service and doctor and all rasict really I will not be any more .i had broken hand and no body care they just take money and doctor he didn’t check my hand and told me go to reception and in reception they start laugh

  Overall good experience with doctors and other staff. Being a foreigner here doctors are very understanding and cooperative. I recommend this luxmed center.
