Dramatic. I'll leave the receptionist's comments unanswered. I'll just say there's a lack of respect for another person's time. The nurse, while relatively nice, is lost in her words. Dr. B. Bielecka, on the other hand, is an archaic doctor who, in a rather cynical and rude manner, referred me to another doctor because I supposedly have diabetes and something wasn't right. For some reason, she's the most negatively reviewed doctor. The facility itself falls far short of the standards presented by Lux Med.

Today I had an ENT consultation with Dr. Beata at the clinic. I'm very satisfied. The doctor is professional, thorough, and empathetic. After such a visit, everything becomes clear. I highly recommend her.
