Very friendly, fast, and efficient service. The staff's dedication to their duties is evident. Blood draws were completely painless, hearing tests, and EKGs were performed in a friendly, stress-free atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Lux Med. Minimalist tests for occupational medicine. In the case of vision problems, we are referred to another doctor who confirms such a defect. After issuing a medical certificate and confirming the defect, no such note was made for the employer in the additional notes. In the current situation, it is impossible to add such a note, and a new request for testing from the employer is required, along with the note "deteriorated vision." So what's the point of these tests if the employer is supposed to determine what's wrong?!

I don't recommend it in 2024, and it's only the beginning of the year. 1. When scheduling an appointment with an internist through the patient portal, you're placed on a "waiting list" of patients, with no guarantee of being seen. The portal doesn't inform you of this fact when selecting an appointment. The patient only finds out at the clinic (if, of course, you ask why you're still waiting, even though you were at the clinic ahead of schedule). 2. When scheduling an urgent appointment (suspected acute pneumonia) by phone: after entering my PESEL number, providing it at the registration desk, and double-confirming my date of birth, place of residence, and phone number, I received an "urgent referral" for an appointment—but in Warsaw. I live in the Lubusz Voivodeship. 3. In my provincial town, the available internists are rather mediocre specialists. For over a month, and over a total of six visits, they couldn't diagnose bronchitis, even though my wife and I had a severe illness. It ended up in the hospital for my wife. As for me, that's point number 2.
