UPDATE: I wanted to update my review to 4 stars. While there have been scheduling challenges in the past, we have recently experienced very fast service. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the care she receives here. The staff remains very skilled and they truly take their time to serve you well once you are in the room. the quality of the people and the recent efficiency have been a blessing. Thank you for the hard work you do!

Great service: guys and girls on registration work quickly, always nice and polite, big help when needed; dr. Y.Deviatkova explained everything in simple and understandable way, helped with the problem efficiently - the woman clearly knows what she's doing. My experience here was better than at some other places, so thank you

Receptionists speak English. Conditions are fine, though even if you have a scheduled appointment - you will still have to wait in the queue. Some doctors are not professional, especially in communication. There is a parking close to the clinic, so not a problem to park if you drive. Overall I would not recommend it because of how doctors treat you (my personal experience)

Impolite boorish behavior of the staff. We came to make a blood tests today, for a child. First of all, we came to wrong cabinet and no one told us that we should be at 2nd cabinet(child blood tests are done there). So we lost time. Once we came, I stood near cabinet for several minutes. Than I heard someone is talking there loudly and then laughing, so no patients were in the cabinet. I knocked to the door(you can't open it, as there is no appropriate furniture). The lady came from cabinet and asked me if I know how to read. Also she told that it is written on the door, that they are asking patients. And they are calling for tests every minute. Then they did test. After all, we were sitting in the hall with a child, and another mother with a daughter came. They also knocked. An the lady did the same - asked if she can read. BUT, all the time we were there(20-30 mins) I didn't see that she was calling for someone. That is weird. And by the way, some doctor at luxmed are asking - why you didn't knock and were just standing in the corridor. I had such a visit to laryngolog.
