Strongly agree with all the last bad reviews this place has. First time in my life I have arrived late to an appointment and due to circumstances that didnt depend on me (you can read about the parking in other reviews) and it was only for 8 mins (!!!). When I arrived the dr. A. P. was not there so I had to wait 15 minutes for her and when she finally came she gave me a very unkind look followed by a very uncomfortable uncomfortable demeanor. I came all the way from a 1 hour ride wasting all my time and money, the least I am expecting is some education and manners, even if the appointment has to be canceled, we are all humans after all. I apologized and tried to tell her the situation but the doctor pretty much closed the door in my face and told me to make another appointment for another day -as if it was that easy for me- with a not very pleasant look). I thought doctors were meant to help people but my day was definitely ruined. I wanted to make my situation heard in reception but they basically ignored me as if it was not with them. Never ever going back to this place in my life, I prefer to get sick than to live a situation like this

Not bad. Quick enough, clean, doctor was good but during visiting she 4 times had a phone conversation about other pacientes.

The facility per se isn't bad, although the availability of appointments in English is basically none. But in 1 year nothing has changed with the car park. Not everyone lives in the city center and can reach the place by public transportation. Everyone, including for example parents with children, has to arrive 30 minutes earlier hoping to find car park :(
