Visited without an appointment for a respiratory infection. Reception staff warm and welcoming. Speaking excellent English. I was in to see a doctor in less than 10 minutes. We met with Dr. Margas who was very thorough and professional. I received a prescription and was out the door. Price was 72 USD. Very reasonable. The clinic was very modern and spotlessly clean.

I got some basic blood examination earlier today. The nurses were extremely nice and kind. Additionally, they also spoke english, that is very useful for me (blood examination tests are usually available only in polish, so I was not expecting them to speak english, it was a very nice surprise). Whoever these two persons were, thank you for being so supportive!

Reception desk staff were polite and spoke English. However, I want to write about the doctor: Dr. Honowska was incredibly kind, gentle, and listened to everything I had to say. As a foreigner I was really nervous about needing medical help, but if every doctor were like her, no one would ever be nervous about this. She said she only spoke a little English but she was able to communicate very well to me what she was doing and what she thought was going on. Just to make sure she got everything right, she also repeated it in Polish to the Polish friend who came with me to the appointment. One of the least stressful medical visits I've ever had, at home or abroad. Thank you Dr. Honowska!

I’ve personally never had an issue here and the staff have been helpful when answering questions. Never waited longer than 15 minutes after checking in, although it would be great to automate the entire checkin and payment procedure from an app. Never had any advanced specialist appointments, just some basic exams and refills, but the specialists were professional and western in their interactions. It’s on the pricey side, however.

Horrible. Three months ago I had a tooth treated here - not only was the doctor careless, she dropped an instrument on my lower teeth, and stuck a piece of filling on the adjacent tooth. The filling fell out today!
