Nighttime dental care. This place doesn't even deserve one star. The "dentist," whom I wouldn't even call that, could use a lesson in manners and respect for patients. Upon arrival, the woman was very rude, even treating us like a punishment.

Very friendly service and professional staff. Everything was logistically well-planned. The care on the ward was excellent. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean.

Until now, I had a very positive opinion of this hospital, but unfortunately, the reality check is giving me pause. I hope it also gives the management pause. A month of calling the ward. Conversations with three doctors. Each one said something different, required something different, and each came up with different excuses and contradicted what the previous ones had said. Finally, the third one found an excuse not to admit me to the ward despite the life-threatening situation. I think it would take several private visits to get there. The referral was urgent. I haven't been there yet, but I don't recommend the internal medicine ward. Lack of competence and dismissing the patient to get through quickly because you can hear cheerful conversations on the phone. Come up with your own excuses to avoid telling everyone different things. The only consolation is that they spared me a long drive.
