I scheduled an appointment for my son (2 years and 9 months) with Dr. Aleksandra Kosmęda today, February 23, 2026. I called the front desk to let them know my husband was going straight from work to pick up the child and that unfortunately we would be about 10 minutes late, but we really wanted to make this appointment because my son has a fever of 40°C. My husband arrived and ran in with our son 11 minutes after the scheduled time. The receptionist was just checking him in when the doctor left the office and said she couldn't see him anymore "because he's been waiting too long." My son was coughing so hard at the time that it was painful to watch. It's truly difficult to understand this attitude. How can someone refuse to see a sick, feverish child because they're 10 minutes late, even though they've already reported their appointment? Is this the right approach to a patient? Is there really no room for a little empathy in this clinic? (Dr. Aleksandra Kosmęda)

Having visited many clinics, I've never encountered such professional reception staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful, but above all, truly caring for the patient and attentive to their needs and requests. The girls are wonderful ☺️

I highly recommend Dr. Michał Piekarski (ultrasound examination). The examination was performed very thoroughly and in a pleasant, calm atmosphere. The doctor demonstrated great professionalism, patiently answering all questions. His extensive experience, empathy, and individualized approach to each patient (including a demanding three-month-old patient, Alexander the Great) are evident. One feels cared for and at ease. He is definitely one of the best specialists we have ever encountered.

I was very pleased with my visit to MD Clinic. The doctor, with his extensive experience and impressive knowledge, explained everything thoroughly and patiently, allowing me to finally understand what was happening to my body due to my illness. For the first time, I felt like someone had looked at my problem holistically – the doctor put all my symptoms and results together and made a diagnosis that other specialists had previously failed to reach. In addition, the atmosphere was very pleasant, empathetic, and highly professional. I left the visit feeling calmer and in good hands. I definitely recommend them.
