Fully renovated clinic, great English speaking doctors, nurses and receptionist. Midwife Aleksandra Soltys has been the best help with our newborn and with my postpartum recovery. I had complicated birth, had many stiches. She advised about exercises to heal my stiches and my scar. Regarding our baby, we received several home visits and she was availbale to us via phone, when ever we needed help. In this area best NFZ clinic.

My daughter has been using this clinic for over a year, and it's been fantastic in every way! All the pediatricians are wonderful, as are the nurses and staff. Registration is very efficient, both by phone and email. Additional tests are performed immediately, and results are available within minutes. The renovation has made the clinic even more comfortable and child-friendly. I highly recommend it.

I stumbled upon this site by chance, looking for an allergist covered by the National Health Fund in Krakow. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised – the connection was quick and seamless. Dr. Maria Ignacak-Popiel is handling my case – a wonderful doctor with a huge heart and dedication to her work. From the moment I entered the office until I left, there was a pleasant atmosphere and a great sense of well-being. The blood draw was also pleasant and painless! And Anetka at the reception desk deserves special praise. She's wonderful and very helpful!

I wholeheartedly recommend this medical facility. The entire staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and smiling – from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Their professionalism and personalized approach to each patient are evident. Appointments are always on time, with no long waits, and the atmosphere in the facility is very friendly and calm. You feel cared for and treated with respect. This place is run by passionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic people. I highly recommend it to everyone ❤️

I felt cared for at the clinic, with very fast and friendly service at the registration desk and professional medical assistance. The clinic's new decor is a big plus.
